For the Casserole: 2 cups cooked chicken shredded 1 cup corn kernels fresh, frozen, or canned 1 cup black beans rinsed and drained 1 cup salsa mild or medium 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese ½ cup sour cream 1 teaspoon chili powder ½ teaspoon cumin ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper 1 cup tortilla chips crushed for topping

Prepare Casserole: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, corn, black beans, salsa, sour cream, and spices until well combined.
Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, then crushed tortilla chips.
Bake 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly.
Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
Tip: Use rotisserie chicken for quick preparation.
