Ingredients
  

  • 1 package puff pastry sheets thawed
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg beaten, for egg wash

Instructions
 

Prepare Filling:

  • Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add spinach, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until spinach wilts. Remove from heat and mix in feta cheese.

Assemble Pinwheels:

  • Roll out puff pastry and spread the spinach-feta filling evenly. Roll the pastry into a log and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.

Bake:

  • Place pinwheels on a lined baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve:

  • Cool slightly and serve warm or at room temperature.
