Ingredients
  

For the Loaded Nachos:

  • 4 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes optional
  • ¼ cup sliced jalapenos optional
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream optional for topping
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions optional

Instructions
 

Prepare Chips:

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread tortilla chips on a large baking sheet or oven-safe dish.

Add Meat and Beans:

  • Layer cooked ground beef and refried beans evenly over the chips.

Add Toppings:

  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top, then add diced tomatoes and jalapenos if desired.

Bake Nachos:

  • Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve:

  • Remove from oven and top with sour cream and chopped green onions if desired. Serve immediately.
