For the Dough: 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons instant yeast 3 tablespoons granulated sugar ½ teaspoon salt 1 cup warm milk 2 eggs room temperature 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ¾ cup unsalted butter softened 1 cup pearl sugar
