Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons capers drained
  • ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat Butter & Oil: In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil.
  • Cook Garlic & Capers: Add garlic and capers; sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add Broth & Lemon: Pour in broth and lemon juice. Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly reduced.
  • Season: Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
  • Serve: Drizzle over cooked chicken, fish, or seafood. Garnish with parsley if desired.
