Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients:

  • 2 cans blueberry pie filling
  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest optional but recommended

Instructions
 

Prep:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Layer Filling:

  • Spread blueberry pie filling evenly into the bottom of the baking dish.

Add Cake Mix:

  • Sprinkle dry lemon cake mix evenly over the blueberry layer without stirring.

Add Butter:

  • Drizzle melted butter evenly over the top, covering as much of the cake mix as possible.

Bake:

  • Bake for 35–40 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly around the edges.

Serve:

  • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

  • Do not stir layers for best dump cake texture.
  • Add extra lemon zest for stronger citrus flavor.
