Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted

Filling:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix flour, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a greased 8x8-inch baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Make the Filling: Whisk eggs, brown sugar, flour, vanilla, and salt. Stir in pecans.
  • Assemble and Bake: Pour filling over hot crust. Bake an additional 20–22 minutes or until set.
  • Cool and Slice: Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
