Keema naan is my favorite stuffed flatbread that brings Pakistani street food right to your kitchen! Soft, chewy naan dough wrapped around spiced minced beef with onions, tomatoes, and aromatic spices—cooked on your stovetop in just 30 minutes. It's a complete, satisfying meal that's perfect for family dinners or packed lunches.

Ingredients
1cupAll-purpose flour (maida)
5gram yeast (dissolved in warm water)
A pinch of salt
1teaspoonOil
½teaspoonYoghurt
½ Egg
1cupwater
Keema Filling
100gramof minced beef
2smallgreen chillies
1Medium onion
1Mediumtomato
1teaspoonof ginger garlic paste
2teaspoonof oil
Spices
Salt to taste
1teaspoonred chilli powder
½teaspoonof turmeric powder
1teaspoonof coriander powder
Instructions
Dough Making
Mix flour, a pinch of salt, dissolved yeast, yoghurt, and 1 teaspoon oil in a bowl. Add half a beaten egg, then gradually mix in 1 cup of water and ½ teaspoon oil. Cover and let the dough rise for an hour.
For Filling
In a pan, heat 2 tablespoon of oil. Add onions, fry 1 min. Add green chillies, ginger garlic paste, fry 1 min more. Add tomato cubes, cook until soft. Add minced beef, fry till it changes color. Add spices, mix, cook for a few mins. Add ½ cup water, simmer till dry. Remove from heat.
Making Naan
Divide the dough into 2 portions, grease with oil, and shape into rounds. Fill with keema filling, flatten, and shape like parathas. Cook in a pan with butter until golden on both sides, flipping as needed.

Pro Tips:While making dough make sure your bowl sides are dry.if your dough is sticky it means your dough is perfect, if it is not sticky then you have miss something like yeast etc.Make sure your hands are clean
