Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz lump crab meat drained and picked over
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish
  • Crackers tortilla chips, or toasted bread for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.

Mix the Base:

  • In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

Add Flavourings:

  • Stir in lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).

Fold in Cheese and Crab:

  • Mix in cheddar, mozzarella, and crab meat. Stir gently until just combined.

Bake the Dip:

  • Transfer the dip to the prepared baking dish. Bake for 18–20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Sprinkle with green onions and parsley. Serve warm with chips or toasted bread.
