Ingredients
  

For the Jalapeño Poppers:

  • 6 jalapeños halved and seeded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup bread crumbs optional

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make Filling:

  • Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Fill Jalapeños:

  • Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeño half. Sprinkle with bread crumbs if using.

Bake:

  • Bake for 18–20 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Extra Crunch: Wrap with bacon or use panko crumbs.
  • Heat Control: Remove all seeds for milder poppers.
  • Air Fryer: Cook at 375°F for 10–12 minutes.
  • Make Ahead: Assemble and refrigerate up to 1 day.
