Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can 8 oz refrigerated crescent rolls
  • Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  • Prepare Crescent Rolls: Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  • Assemble Bites: Place a spoonful of beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll up and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake: Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • Serve: Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired. Serve warm.
