Instructions
Prepare Dough:
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until a dough forms.
Add Mix-ins:
Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Chill dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat Oven:
Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Shape and Bake:
Scoop dough into balls (about 1.5 tablespoon each) and place 2 inches apart. Bake for 9–11 minutes, until set at edges but soft in the centre.
Cool:
