Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar or lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • Chives or parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
 

Mix Ingredients:

  • In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, horseradish, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar (or lemon juice), salt, and pepper.

Adjust to Taste:

  • Stir until smooth. Taste and adjust horseradish, salt, or lemon juice as needed for desired heat and tang.

Chill Before Serving:

  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for best flavour. Garnish with chives or parsley, if desired.

Serve Cold:
