This honey glazed salmon is quick, delicious, and perfect for weeknights. With a sweet and savoury glaze, it’s tender, flaky, and packed with flavour. Serve with veggies or salad for a healthy low-carb meal.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
Season the Salmon:
Pat the salmon dry. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Sear the Salmon:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon fillets skin-side down (if using skin-on) and cook for 4–5 minutes.
Add the Glaze:
Flip the salmon. Pour the honey glaze over the fillets. Cook for another 5–6 minutes, spooning the glaze over the fish until it thickens and the salmon is cooked through.
Serve:
Plate the salmon and drizzle with remaining glaze from the pan. Garnish with lemon slices or chopped parsley if desired.
