These Honey-Glazed Roasted Brussels Sprouts are crispy, caramelized, and slightly sweet. They make a delicious side dish for weeknight dinners or holiday meals, bringing out the natural flavour of Brussels sprouts with a sticky honey glaze.

Ingredients
  

For the Brussels Sprouts:

  • 1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For the Honey Glaze:

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard optional

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts:

  • Toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on the baking sheet in a single layer, cut side down.

Roast:

  • Roast for 20–25 minutes or until golden and crispy on the edges, tossing halfway through.

Make the Glaze:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, and Dijon mustard if using.

Glaze and Finish:

  • Remove the sprouts from the oven, drizzle with the honey glaze, and toss to coat. Return to the oven for 5 more minutes.
