Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 15 oz can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  • Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, cornmeal, flour, honey, eggs, melted butter, sour cream, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
