Ingredients
  

For the Honey Garlic Meatballs:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Meatballs:

  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Shape Meatballs:

  • Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.

Prepare Sauce:

  • Bake for 15 minutes until cooked through. In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Coat & Serve:

  • Toss baked meatballs in the honey garlic sauce until coated. Serve warm.
