Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat Pan: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook Salmon: Season salmon bites with salt and pepper. Sear in skillet 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Make the Glaze: In the same skillet, melt butter and stir in honey, garlic, and soy sauce. Cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant and slightly thickened.
  • Combine: Add salmon back to the skillet and toss gently to coat with the glaze.
  • Serve: Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Make Ahead: Salmon bites are best cooked fresh; glaze can be prepared in advance.
  • Customizing the Flavor: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat or drizzle with lemon juice for brightness.
  • Serving Suggestions: Serve with rice, roasted vegetables, or as a party appetizer.
  • Allergy-Friendly Options: Use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce for a soy-free version.
  • Storage Tips: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days; reheat gently.
