8 ozyakisoba noodles or spaghetticooked and drained
2 tbspsoy sauce
1 tbspsesame oil
1 cupmixed vegetablescarrots, bell peppers, broccoli, thinly sliced
1 tbspbutter or vegetable oil
1 tspgarlicminced
1 tspgingergrated
Instructions
Prepare Noodles:
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook Vegetables:
In a large skillet or wok, heat butter or oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté 30 seconds. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry 3–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Combine Noodles and Sauce:
