Hibachi Noodles are savory, tender, and packed with flavor. This easy stir-fry recipe is perfect for a quick dinner, loaded with vegetables, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

Ingredients
  

For the Noodles:

  • 8 oz yakisoba noodles or spaghetti cooked and drained
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter or vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated

Instructions
 

Prepare Noodles:

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook Vegetables:

  • In a large skillet or wok, heat butter or oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté 30 seconds. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry 3–5 minutes until tender-crisp.

Combine Noodles and Sauce:

  • Add cooked noodles to the skillet. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the top. Toss to combine and heat through.

Serve:

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.

  • Make Ahead: Cook noodles and vegetables separately and combine before serving.
