Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, finely crushed
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon milk (if needed)
  • ½ cup white chocolate, melted (for drizzle, optional)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Dough: Beat butter and powdered sugar until creamy. Add vanilla, flour, salt, and crushed strawberries. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Chill Dough: Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Roll & Cut: Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Roll out dough to ¼-inch thickness and cut into heart shapes.
  • Bake: Place cookies on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  • Cool & Decorate: Let cookies cool. Drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired.
