1 cup old-fashioned oats ¾ cup whole wheat flour ½ teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon cinnamon ¼ cup coconut oil or unsalted butter melted ¼ cup honey or maple syrup 1 large egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ cup raisins chocolate chips, or nuts (optional)
