Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 cups cooked rice cold, day-old
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables peas and carrots
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

Cook Beef:

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add Vegetables:

  • Add garlic and mixed vegetables to the skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.

Cook Eggs:

  • Push beef mixture to one side. Add eggs and scramble until just set.

Add Rice:

  • Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir well and cook for 3–5 minutes until heated through.

Serve:

  • Season with black pepper. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

  • Best Rice: Use cold, day-old rice for the best texture.
  • Variations: Add sesame oil or chili sauce for extra flavor.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
