Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Green food coloring
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs
  • 8 oz white chocolate or milk chocolate melted
  • Optional: red or green sprinkles for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Make Truffle Base: In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well. Add a few drops of green food coloring and mix until evenly colored.
  • Form Truffles: Roll mixture into 1-inch balls. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Coat Truffles: Dip each truffle into melted chocolate and place on parchment paper. Add sprinkles while chocolate is still soft.
  • Chill and Serve: Refrigerate until chocolate is set, about 30 more minutes. Serve chilled.
