Ingredients
  

For the Salmon:

  • 4 salmon fillets skin-on, about 6 oz each
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For Garlic Lime Butter:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest optional
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare Grill:

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).

Season Salmon:

  • Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and olive oil on both sides.

Grill Salmon:

  • Grill salmon skin-side down for 6-8 minutes, then flip and grill another 4-5 minutes until cooked through.

Make Garlic Lime Butter:

  • In a small bowl, mix softened butter with garlic, lime juice, and lime zest.

Serve:

  • Remove salmon from grill. Spoon garlic lime butter over each fillet. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
