Ingredients
  

  • 1 baguette sliced into ½-inch slices
  • 2 ripe peaches pitted and sliced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Grill Peaches:

  • Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat. Brush peach slices with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Grill peaches 2–3 minutes per side until grill marks appear. Set aside.

Toast Bread:

  • Brush baguette slices with remaining olive oil. Grill or toast until golden and crisp.

Assemble Crostini:

  • Spread burrata cheese on toasted bread slices. Top with grilled peaches.

Finish:

  • Drizzle with honey, sprinkle salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
