Graham Cracker Toffee Bars are a sweet and crunchy treat made with a buttery graham cracker crust, topped with rich toffee bits and melted chocolate. Perfect for dessert or holiday gatherings, they’re easy to make and irresistible.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Make the Crust:
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Bake the Crust:
Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from oven.
Add Toppings:
Sprinkle toffee bits evenly over the warm crust, followed by the chocolate chips. Return to oven and bake for another 8–10 minutes until chocolate is melted and bubbly.
Cool and Serve:
Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting into bars. For easier slicing, chill in the refrigerator.
