Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs are soft biscuits stuffed with mozzarella cheese and herbs. Perfect as a snack or appetizer, they’re quick, cheesy, and irresistible.

Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 10-count
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese cut into small cubes
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

Prepare Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Stuff Biscuits:

  • Flatten each biscuit slightly. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and fold dough over to seal completely.

Arrange Biscuits:

  • Place stuffed biscuits on the prepared baking sheet.

Add Topping:

  • Mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Brush over the tops of each biscuit.

Bake & Serve:

  • Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve warm.
