Ingredients
  

For the Biscuits:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter cold, cubed

For the Filling:

  • ¾ cup fresh blueberries
  • cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Prepare Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make Biscuit Dough:

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add Filling:

  • Gently fold in blueberries. Stir in milk and vanilla until dough forms.

Bake Biscuits:

  • Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet using a cookie scoop or spoon. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.

Glaze and Serve:

  • In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze. Drizzle over warm biscuits. Serve and enjoy.
