Georgia mustard barbecue sauce is tangy, slightly sweet, and full of Southern flavour. Perfect for grilled chicken, pork, or ribs, this easy sauce adds a zesty kick to any barbecue or cookout.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup yellow mustard
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup honey or brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, whisk together all ingredients until smooth.
  • Simmer: Heat over medium heat until the sauce begins to simmer. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Cool and Store: Remove from heat and let cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • Serve: Use as a marinade, basting sauce, or dipping sauce for grilled meats.
