Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese optional
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley optional

Instructions
 

Melt Butter:

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

Cook Garlic:

  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.

Add Cream:

  • Slowly stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Add Cheese:

  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley if using. Remove from heat.

Use:

  • Spread over pizza dough before baking or drizzle on cooked pizza for extra garlic goodness.
