Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli florets and sauté for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp. Remove broccoli and set aside.
Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Combine and Finish:
Return broccoli to the skillet. Add remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and lemon juice. Toss everything together and cook for another 1–2 minutes to blend flavours.
