Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup

  • cups crushed ice
  • 1 cup non-alcoholic ginger beer
  • Fresh mint for garnish
  • Extra blackberries and lime slices for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, puree blackberries, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
  • Fill two glasses with crushed ice.
  • Pour the blackberry mixture evenly into each glass.
