Ingredients
  

For Frika Potato and Cheese Hash:

  • 4 cups potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

Prepare Onions:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until soft.

Cook Potatoes:

  • Add diced potatoes, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and slightly crispy, about 15–20 minutes.

Add Cheese:

  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the potatoes and cook until melted.
