These Fried Strawberry Cheesecake Sandwiches are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Filled with sweet strawberries and tangy cheesecake, they’re a fun and indulgent dessert, perfect for parties or weekend treats.

Ingredients
  

For the Filling:

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped fresh strawberries

For the Sandwiches:

  • 8 slices of white sandwich bread
  • 1 egg beaten
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Oil for frying

For Serving:

  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Whipped cream or strawberry sauce optional

Instructions
 

Prepare Filling:

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in chopped strawberries.

Assemble Sandwiches:

  • Spread cheesecake mixture on 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining slices to form sandwiches. Press edges to seal.

Dip and Fry:

  • In a shallow bowl, whisk egg, milk, and cinnamon. Dip each sandwich into the mixture, coating both sides. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry sandwiches until golden brown on each side (about 2–3 minutes per side).

Serve:

  • Drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm with whipped cream or strawberry sauce if desired.
