Fried Spaghetti Sausages are a fun, quick meal where spaghetti is cooked through sausage pieces and then pan-fried to golden perfection — crispy, flavourful, and perfect for kids or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 sausages cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 200 g uncooked spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan optional
  • Ketchup or marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions
 

Prepare the Combo:

  • Insert 4–5 uncooked spaghetti strands through each sausage piece.

Boil:

  • Cook the spaghetti sausages in salted water until the pasta is al dente. Drain well.

Fry:

  • Heat olive oil in a pan. Add boiled spaghetti sausages and fry until golden and slightly crispy. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Serve:

  • Top with Parmesan if desired and serve hot with ketchup or marinara sauce.

  • Tip: Try chicken or beef sausages for different flavours.
