Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls or Hawaiian rolls halved
  • 1 pound deli roast beef thinly sliced
  • 12 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional

For the Au Jus Dipping Sauce:

  • cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

Assemble the Sliders:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place bottom halves of rolls in the dish. Layer with roast beef and provolone. Cover with top halves of rolls.

Bake:

  • Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
