These Edible Cookie Dough Cups are a fun, no-bake treat made with heat-treated flour and no eggs. Perfectly portioned in chocolate shells, they’re safe to eat and delicious for parties, gifts, or late-night cravings!

For the Edible Cookie Dough:
1cupall-purpose flourheat-treated*
½cupunsalted buttersoftened
½cupbrown sugarpacked
2tablespoonsgranulated sugar
2tablespoonsmilk
1teaspoonvanilla extract
½teaspoonsalt
½cupmini chocolate chips
Instructions
Prepare Chocolate Shells:
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth. Spoon 1–2 teaspoons into each mini muffin liner. Swirl to coat the bottom and sides. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Make the Edible Dough:
Cream butter and sugars until smooth. Add milk, vanilla, and salt. Stir in heat-treated flour. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Fill the Cups:
Scoop cookie dough into each chilled chocolate cup. Press gently to flatten.
Top & Chill:
Drizzle or cover with more melted chocolate, if desired. Chill for 20 minutes or until set.
Notes
Heat-Treating Flour: Spread flour on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes to kill any bacteria. Cool before using.
Make Ahead: Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for 1 month.
Custom Flavours: Add peanut butter, sprinkles, or crushed Oreos for variety.
