1 pound ground beef 1 small onion diced 2 cloves garlic minced 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed 1 can 15 oz corn, drained 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes 1 can 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies 1 packet taco seasoning or 2 tablespoons homemade 4 cups beef or chicken broth Salt and pepper to taste Optional toppings: shredded cheese sour cream, tortilla chips, chopped cilantro
