For the Brownies:

box brownie mix
plus eggs, oil, and water as directed
OR use your favourite homemade brownie recipe
For the Topping:

sweetened shredded coconut
1 ½

soft caramel candies
about 25 caramels, unwrapped

milk or heavy cream

vanilla extract

Instructions
Bake the Brownies:
Prepare and bake brownies according to package directions in a 9x9-inch pan. Let cool completely.
Toast the Coconut:
Spread shredded coconut on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Set aside.
Make the Caramel Mixture:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine caramels and milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
Add the Topping:
Mix toasted coconut into the melted caramel. Spread this mixture evenly over the cooled brownies.
Drizzle with Chocolate:
Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the top using a spoon or piping bag. Let set before slicing.
