Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450g salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage or slaw mix
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Optional toppings: avocado slices sliced radishes, lime wedges

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Salmon: Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Brush salmon with olive oil and season with chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook Salmon: Grill or pan-sear salmon 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through. Flake into bite-sized pieces.
  • Make Sauce: In a small bowl, mix sour cream or Greek yogurt with lime juice.
  • Assemble Tacos: Warm tortillas. Layer with cabbage, flaked salmon, cilantro, and drizzle with sauce. Add optional toppings if desired.
  • Serve: Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
