Ingredients
  

For the Fish:

  • 1 lb white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or mahi-mahi)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For the Cilantro Lime Slaw:

  • 3 cups coleslaw mix
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

For Serving:

  • 8 pieces small corn or flour tortillas
  • 4 pieces lime wedges
  • 1 medium sliced avocado (optional)

Instructions
 

Season Fish

  • Brush fish with olive oil and season with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Grill Fish

  • Grill over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Make Slaw

  • In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix, cilantro, lime juice, mayonnaise, and salt. Toss until evenly coated.

Warm Tortillas

  • Warm tortillas on the grill or in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds per side.

Assemble Tacos

  • Fill tortillas with grilled fish, top with cilantro lime slaw, and garnish with avocado and lime wedges if desired.
