Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz tub Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup melted white chocolate optional, for drizzling
  • 2 cups powdered sugar sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chocolate candy coating or melted chocolate for dipping
  • Sprinkles or crushed nuts optional, for topping

Instructions
 

Step No.1: Prepare the Candy Mixture

  • In a large bowl, mix Cool Whip, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.

Step No.2: Shape the Candy

  • Spoon small dollops of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30-45 minutes until firm.

Step No.3: Melt the Chocolate

  • Melt chocolate candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

Step No.4: Dip the Candy

  • Using a fork, dip each frozen candy piece into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off. Place them back on the parchment paper.

Step No.5: Add Toppings and Chill

  • Drizzle with white chocolate and sprinkle with nuts or sprinkles if desired. Refrigerate for 15 minutes until set.
