1½cupscrushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits
1cupsweetened shredded coconutplus extra for rolling
½cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1can14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1teaspoonvanilla extract

Instructions
Mix:
In a large bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until fully mixed and sticky.
Shape:
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands. If the mix is too sticky, chill it for 10 minutes first.
Coat:
Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut (or cocoa powder, crushed nuts, or sprinkles, if preferred).
Chill:
