Ingredients
  

  • cups crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut plus extra for rolling
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

Mix:

  • In a large bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until fully mixed and sticky.

Shape:

  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands. If the mix is too sticky, chill it for 10 minutes first.

Coat:

  • Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut (or cocoa powder, crushed nuts, or sprinkles, if preferred).

Chill:

  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

Variations:
Swap coconut for finely chopped nuts or sprinkles. Add mini chocolate chips or a touch of cinnamon for a twist.
