Ingredients
  

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

For Topping (Optional):

  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Fruit or chocolate drizzle optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare Pan:

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.

Make Crust:

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press 1 tablespoon into each muffin cup to form crust.

Prepare Cheesecake Filling:

  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Spoon filling over crusts.

Bake and Chill:

  • Bake for 18–20 minutes until set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Serve:

  • Top with whipped cream and fruit or chocolate drizzle if desired. Serve chilled.
