Ingredients
  

  • 1 pan 9x13-inch brownies, baked and cooled
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate chopped (or use melting wafers)
  • Optional toppings: sprinkles crushed nuts, cocoa powder, crushed candy canes

Instructions
 

Crumble Brownies:

  • Once cooled, crumble brownies into a large bowl, removing any hard edges. Mix in softened cream cheese until a soft dough forms.

Shape Truffles:

  • Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or until firm.

Melt Chocolate:

  • Melt chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.

Dip and Decorate:

  • Dip chilled truffles in melted chocolate, using a fork or skewer. Place back on the tray and decorate immediately if using toppings.

Set:

  • Let truffles set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.

Notes

Make Ahead: Can be made 2–3 days in advance. Store covered in the fridge.
Customisations: Swap chocolate coating for white chocolate or drizzle both.
