Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • ½ cup red onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • cup sunflower seeds or chopped almonds
  • 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled

For the Dressing:

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Broccoli: Wash and chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Add to a large mixing bowl.
  • Add Ingredients: Stir in red onion, cranberries, cheese, sunflower seeds, and bacon.
  • Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Combine: Pour dressing over the broccoli mixture. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
