Ingredients
  

For the Bread:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions
 

Prepare Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients:

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Mix Wet Ingredients:

  • In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.

Combine Ingredients:

  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with milk. Fold in blueberries gently.

Bake Bread:

  • Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50–55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool and Serve:

  • Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Slice and serve.
