Ingredients
  

  • 2 3.9 oz packages instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 12 oz container whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 14 oz package chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips optional
  • Candy Easter eggs gummy worms, or other Easter candies for decoration

Instructions
 

Make the Pudding:

  • In a large bowl, whisk pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Chill for 5 minutes to thicken.

Mix the Cream Layer:

  • In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping.

Combine Layers:

  • Fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture until fully blended.

Assemble the Casserole:

  • In a large casserole dish, layer crushed cookies, pudding mixture, and the remaining whipped topping. Repeat, ending with crushed cookies on top.

Decorate:

  • Add candy eggs, gummy worms, and chocolate chips for a festive Easter touch.

Chill and Serve:

  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
