Ingredients
  

For the Cookie Dough:

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

For Decoration:

  • Colored frosting
  • Sprinkles
  • Mini chocolate eggs

Instructions
 

Prepare Cookie Dough:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together.
  • In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until dough forms.

Shape and Bake Cookies:

  • Scoop dough into small balls and place on prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  • Flatten slightly with fingers or a spatula.
  • Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  • Cool completely on wire racks before decorating.

Decorate Cookies:

  • Use colored frosting to pipe baskets or designs on cookies.
  • Add sprinkles and mini chocolate eggs on top as desired.
  • Serve or store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Tip: Chill dough for 30 minutes before baking for thicker cookies.
