Doritos Chicken Casserole is a cheesy, crunchy, and flavour-packed dinner that’s easy to make and loved by all. Layers of crushed Doritos, creamy chicken filling, and melted cheese make it the ultimate comfort food.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • Extra cheese and Doritos for topping optional

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Make the Filling:

  • In a large bowl, mix together chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheeses, diced tomatoes, and seasonings until well combined.

Assemble:

  • Spread half of the crushed Doritos in the bottom of the baking dish. Top with the chicken mixture. Sprinkle remaining Doritos on top and extra cheese if desired.

Bake:

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

Serve:

  • Let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro if desired.
